Those who invested money include names like Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. The company is from Mumbai and works in real estate. The name is Shree Lotus Developers and Real Estate. The company is preparing to launch an IPO of Rs 1,000 crore. The general public can also invest in IPO.

Shree Lotus Developers & Real Estate was formerly known as AKP Holdings. It has recently changed its name. This company works in luxury residential flats and commercial properties. Many Bollywood stars have invested in this company, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgan, Hrithik Roshan, Sara Ali Khan, Ekta Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Rajkummar Rao.

Who bought how many shares?
On December 4, 2024, the company raised approximately Rs 407.6 crore through private placement at Rs 150 per share. In this, Amitabh Bachchan bought about 6.7 lakh shares for Rs 10 crore, while Shahrukh Khan Family Trust acquired about 6.75 lakh shares for Rs 10.1 crore. Hrithik Roshan also bought 70,000 shares for more than Rs 1 crore.

The company is now preparing to launch an IPO to raise approximately Rs 1,000 crore. IPO is the process through which a private company sells its shares publicly for the first time, through which the general public can also invest in the company. Company officials are currently in the process of finalizing the offer document and have declined to comment.

Many stars invest in residential and commercial properties so that they can earn high rental income and also take advantage of rising property prices.
