Tech company Infinix has launched the ‘Infinix Zero 40 5G’ smartphone today (Wednesday, September 18). This smartphone has a 6.78-inch HD + AMOLED curved display, 108-megapixel main camera and 50-megapixel front or selfie camera.
The Infinix Zero 40 smartphone has a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset based on Android 14. The company has launched the smartphone with 12GB RAM and 256GB and 512GB storage options.
The starting price of Infinix Zero 40 is Rs 27,999 and the 512GB storage variant of the smartphone is priced at Rs 30,999. Buyers will be able to buy it from e-commerce website Flipkart from September 21.
A round camera module has been provided on the back panel of Infinix’s upcoming smartphone.
Infinix Zero 40 5G: Expected Specifications
- Display: The Infinix Zero 40 5G smartphone has a 6.74-inch HD + AMOLED curved display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Its screen resolution is 1080 x 2436 pixels and peak brightness is 1300 nits.
- Camera : For photography and video recording, the smartphone has a 108MP main camera with depth sensor in a round camera module on the back panel and a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies.
- Battery : Infinix Zero 40 5G has a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W charging support. Along with this, the company has also provided 20W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging facility in this smartphone.
- OS and Processor: For performance, the Infinix Zero 40 5G smartphone has a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. It works on XOS 14.5 operating system based on Android 14.
- RAM and Storage: For functionality, Infinix’s upcoming smartphone can be found in two storage options with 12GB single RAM. The smartphone has two storage options of 256GB and 512GB.
- Other Features: Talking about other features, many artificially intelligent (AI) features like AI eraser, AI wallpaper, AI cut-out stick are available in the Infinix Zero 40 smartphone.
Infinix Zero 40 5G: Design
The round camera module is given on the back panel of Infinix’s upcoming smartphone. Its design is somewhat like the OnePlus 12 series. The back of the smartphone has a dual-tone finish, on which there is Zero branding. The thickness of the smartphone is 7.9mm and its weight is 195 grams.
