Sanjay Kapoor says on YouTube channel ‘Timeout With Ankit’, ‘We lived in a two-bedroom-hall apartment in Chembur. After my grandmother passed away, my grandfather came to live with us and took the room where my sister Reena and I lived. We were already very close to each other, but with his arrival we became even closer. We used to sleep on mattresses on the floor in the living room because there was no space in the house. There was only one AC in our house, which was in mom and dad’s room, so sometimes I used to sleep on the sofa in their room at night.
Sanjay Kapoor became emotional
Talking about the sacrifices made by his parents, he said, ‘My parents never traveled abroad unless they sent the entire family abroad first. He gave us the best education. We were eating the best food. All my friends used to wait for our home cooked food.
