New Delhi. Musicians AR Rahman and Saira Banu are separating after 29 years of marriage. People were searching for the reasons behind this news when a news came which created a stir on social media including the industry. AR Rahman’s band member and bass guitarist Mohini Dey has also decided to leave her husband. 26 year old Mohini Dey has decided that she will no longer live with her musician Mark Hartsch.
Mohini Dey has shared a post on social media, in which she told that she is ending her marriage with husband Mark Hartsch.
The decision has been taken with mutual understanding
Mohini shared a note on her Instagram account and wrote. In which he wrote- ‘With a heavy heart, Mark and I announce that we have separated. This decision has been taken with mutual understanding. However, we will remain good friends. We both have taken this decision because both want different things in life and separation with mutual consent is the best way to move forward.

He further wrote- ‘We will still work together on many projects, including Mamoggi and Mohini Day Group. We’ve always been proud to work well together and that won’t stop any time soon. Please respect the decision taken by us at this time by being positive towards us and respecting our privacy. We will not appreciate any decision.
Mohini is a resident of Kolkata
Mohini, who hails from Kolkata, is a guitarist and has performed with AR Rahman in more than 40 shows across the world. His age is 28 years.
