Mansoor Khan said, ‘There was also a brother-sister role in the film Josh, which was played by Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya. However, I wanted to cast Kajol instead of Aishwarya. I also told him the story of the film. But as soon as Kajol heard the story, she got up angrily and started leaving. Then I asked her, are you doing a film? So she said no, I want the role of Max and then she left.

When I narrated the story to Aamir, he thought he would play Max. Then I talked to Shahrukh, he was very happy. But when I asked him, are you doing a film? So he said he wouldn’t, because he knew I was taking Aamir in the film. However, it was not like that, I wanted to cast only Shahrukh in the film.
