On Monday, Sonu Nigam’s concert was held at Rambagh Hotel in Jaipur under the Rising Rajasthan Global Summit. It is being said that Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma left in the middle of the program. After his exit, the rest of the ministers and other delegates also left. Sonu Nigam has raised questions on the politicians on this attitude of Bhajanlal Sharma. Late on Monday night, Sonu Nigam shared the pain of an artist by sharing a video on social media.
Sonu Nigam said- Recently I have done a concert in Jaipur under the Rising Rajasthan programme. It was a very good program here. Many famous people were present in it. Delegates from different parts of the country and the world were present here. These people participated to increase the pride of Rajasthan. Chief Minister, Youth Minister, Sports Minister and many other people were present in the program. Because of the darkness I couldn’t even see many people. In the middle of the show I saw that the Chief Minister and many ministers got up and left. As soon as he left, all the delegates also left.
If you have to go then don’t come My request to all the politicians is that if you do not respect your artists, then what will people from outside do? What would he also be thinking? I have done concerts in many countries. Nothing like this was seen there. Someone is performing in America. If any President is sitting there, he will not get up and leave. If he goes, he will go after speaking. My request is that if you have to go, then don’t come. Leave before the show starts. It is very disrespectful for any artiste to get up and leave in the middle of a performance. This is an insult to Saraswati.
Sonu Nigam presented Bollywood songs in a program held in Jaipur on Monday.
Sonu you should not do such shows Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam said – I have not noticed this, when you guys (CM and ministers) went, I got messages from many people that Sonu, you should not do such shows. You should not perform for politicians. Because if they just get up and go away, then where will art be appreciated? I request you that if you have to go, then go before the performance. You don’t even sit.
