Toyota Kirloskar Motor has today (December 11) launched the facelift model of its popular sedan Camry. The new generation Toyota Camry is offered in only one feature loaded variant and is priced at Rs 48 lakh (introductory ex-showroom, Pan-India).

The new Toyota Camry is priced at Rs 1.83 lakh more than its previous model, which was priced at Rs 46.17 lakh (ex-showroom). Customers can book the sedan online or by visiting their nearest dealership. Its delivery has been started. Toyota Camry’s direct competition in India is with Skoda Superb.

This is the ninth generation model of Camry, it has been introduced with new design, new interior layout, new comfort features, updated powertrain and Advanced Driving Assist System (ADAS) safety features. The car has a next-generation hybrid system, which the company claims will provide a mileage of 25kmpl.

Exterior: 18-inch alloy wheels The new generation Toyota Camry has been designed on the company’s new design theme and its look is quite futuristic. It has thin LED headlights with angular C-shaped DRL, sharp bonnet crease and a large dual-tone grille with air duck on the bumper.

Talking about the side profile, it has been given 18-inch alloy wheels and from the side it is largely the same as before. At the rear, it has a C-shaped LED tail light and ‘Camry’ badging is given in between them. Its boot lid has a ‘Toyota’ logo with an integrated spoiler and the lower part of the rear bumper has a black finish which gives it a rugged look.
