New Delhi. On the occasion of Raj Kapoor’s 100th birth anniversary on 14 December, Bollywood stars remembered the showman. The stars of that era shared their experience of working with Raj Kapoor, while someone told stories of their friendship with him. Dilip Kumar’s wife and actress Saira Banu shared a post on social media and shared the stories of Raj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar’s friendship. He told that the people of the film industry thought that both Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor were rivals, but in real life both of them were brilliant actors belonging to the same place.
The video shared by Saira Banu shows a glimpse of the moments spent together with Raj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar. In one photo, both of them are seen playing cricket together, while in the other photo, two friends are seen laughing and joking with each other. While sharing this video, Saira Banu writes, ‘Raj Kapoor – a showman, a dreamer, a storyteller – was once a boy roaming the streets of Peshawar.’
