New Delhi. A woman, Raveti, died tragically and her 8-year-old son, Shri Tej, was seriously injured in a stampede at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad during the premiere show of ‘Pushpa 2’. The child is admitted in the hospital since December 4. But there is no improvement in his health. It is reported that the child’s condition is still critical and he is on ventilator support. Recently, ‘Pushpa 2’ star Allu Arjun was arrested by Hyderabad Police in this case.
According to the health bulletin issued by Hyderabad’s KIMS Cuddles Hospital on Tuesday, 8-year-old Mr Tej has been kept in intensive care as there is no improvement in his neurological condition.
Allu Arjun’s little fan on mechanical ventilation
According to doctors, he is on mechanical ventilation with minimal support of oxygen and pressure. Also considering tracheostomy (a procedure in which a pipe is surgically inserted into the windpipe to facilitate breathing) to remove him from the ventilator. “The child’s fever is subsiding and on minimal inotropes, his vital parameters are stable,” a statement from the hospital said.
Shri Tej on oxygen support again from December 12
The hospital statement said that the child was brought to the hospital on December 4 after suffering from lack of oxygen and difficulty in breathing. The oxygen support given to the child on 10 December was also removed, but on 12 December the child had to be given oxygen support again.
8 year old innocent boy became brain dead in the stampede
Meanwhile, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner CV Anand, after visiting the hospital, said that Mr Tej had become brain dead due to lack of breathing during the stampede and it would take a long time for him to recover.
Allu Arjun will help the victim’s family with Rs 25 lakhs
Let us tell you that there was a stampede in the theater when Allu Arjun had arrived for the screening of the film ‘Pushpa-2’. A stampede broke out in the huge crowd that had gathered to see him. After the accident, Allu Arjun and director Sukumar have apologized to the victim’s family. Allu Arjun has announced to provide all possible help to the victim’s family along with a compensation of Rs 25 lakh.
