Naga Chaitanya and Shobhita Dhulipala celebrated the festival of Pongal for the first time after their marriage, pictures of which have also been shared by the couple. These pictures are becoming quite viral on social media and fans are also reacting fiercely to them.
Shobhita Dhulipala shared many Pongal pictures on her Instagram story. During this, the actress wore a red saree, applied vermilion on her forehead and completed her look by wearing a mangalsutra around her neck.
On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya also shared a picture with his wife Shobhita on his Instagram, in the caption of which he called Shobhita ‘Visakha Queen’. Fans are also liking these pictures of this couple a lot.
What is Pongal? In South India, the festival of Pongal is as special as Diwali. It is a festival celebrated for 4 days, in which first the houses are cleaned and decorated. The new crop is then offered to the Sun God as Naivedya. After this, cows and bulls used in farming are worshiped and decorated. On the last day, family members meet and wish each other well.
Chaitanya and Shobhita got married on 4th December. Naga Chaitanya and Shobhita Dhulipala got married on December 4, 2024. The wedding took place at Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad. Family and friends attended the wedding. In this wedding, Shobhita wore a traditional saree and Naga Chaitanya wore his grandfather’s pancha.
The marriage broke before the fourth wedding anniversary. Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya got married in Goa on 6 October 2017, first according to Hindu customs and then on 7 October in Christian customs. After marriage, Samantha had changed her name to Akkineni, however, amidst the news of separation, Samantha had removed Akkineni from her Twitter handle and changed it to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Both of them were going to complete four years of marriage on October 6, 2021. But before that they separated.
