The government is considering this appeal and can approve it. In fact, for the vow, the Mumbai Suburban District (MSD) collector was given more than Rs 9 crore more. This bungalow is named after Shahrukh and his wife Gauri Khan.
According to reports, Mannat Band Stand, is in Bandra West. The Maharashtra government had given the land of this bungalow to its first owner on lease. Shahrukh liked the bungalow, then the owner got the deal. The deal was to take approval from the Maharashtra government. After getting the approval, the owner sold the property to Shahrukh, but the ownership was yet to be done.
More conversion fee from Shahrukh Khan
There is a policy of Maharashtra under which you can owe the land taken on the lease. According to the property, there is a conversion fee. When Shahrukh and Gauri came to know about this policy, they decided to take advantage of it. He used to pay more than the conversion fee. The government had made a mistake at the time of counting the conversion fee.
The government employee sought payment according to the price of the bungalow instead of the price of the land. Shahrukh and Gauri paid Rs 27.50 crore in the year 2019. He came to know about this in the year 2022. Shah Rukh gave a petition to the rupee Mumbai suburban District Collector and demanded extra payment. Shahrukh-Gauri has filled 9 crores more as extra payment.
Shahrukh Khan bought ‘vow’ for 30 crores
The couple applied and the collector has sent it to the Mahakashtra government for approval. It is expected that if the government approves it, Shahrukh will get the money back. Let me tell you, Shah Rukh bought Mannat for 30 crores. He had a savings of 2 crores. He took the rest of the money on loan. He repaid this loan in 4 years with DDLJ’s success and hard work. Now its price is more than 200 crores.
