Now, it is set for a special screening at the Supreme Court of India, which will be attended by producer Aamir Khan and director Kiran Rao.
Expressing her happiness on the screening of Missing Ladies in the Supreme Court, director Kiran Rao has said that she is very proud that Missing Ladies is being screened in the Supreme Court of India. I am very grateful to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud for this rare honour.

The film is produced under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions and Kindling Productions, whose script is based on the award-winning story by Biplab Goswami. The screenplay and dialogues of the film have been written by Sneha Desai, while the rest of the dialogues have been written by Divyanidhi Sharma.
CJI welcomed
Aamir Khan had reached the court even before the screening. On his arrival, CJI Chandrachud had said that I do not want a stampede in the court, but we are welcoming Aamir Khan, who has come here for the screening of the film. Director Kiran Rao will also join us soon. This heart-touching story of two brides from rural India is winning everyone’s heart.
