Aamir Khan’s film Lal Singh Chaddha was released in the year 2022. In a recent interview, Aamir told that he was going through an emotional phase during the shooting of this film. He had decided to leave the industry. When he told this decision to his ex-wife Kiran Rao, she became very emotional and started crying. Even his children had forbidden him to leave the industry.
Aamir left the industry in emotional phase Recently Aamir and his ex-wife Kiran Rao were talking to Hollywood Reporter India. During this conversation, the actor revealed that this decision was taken during the time of Covid. He said, ‘I was going through an emotional phase at this time. I realized that I have spent my entire life in cinema and films since the age of 18. Because of this I could not give time to my family. Because of work, I was never able to take out time for my relationships – children, siblings and family. Be it Kiran or Reena, I could not give much time to anyone.
Wanted to give time to family He realized this during the shooting of Lal Singh Chaddha, because half of the shooting of the film was done before Covid and the rest after Covid. Aamir further said, ‘I have done many films in the last 35 years, but now I want to focus on my family. I am happy that I realized this at the age of 56-57 and not at the age of 88, because then it would have been too late.
Kiran became emotional after hearing the decision When he told this decision to Kiran, Kiran became very emotional and called him alone on the balcony and asked, ‘Are you leaving us?’ Aamir replied, ‘No, I am not leaving you, I am leaving films.’ In response to this, Kiran said, ‘If you are leaving films, it means you are leaving us.’
