Mumbai. Bengali actress Payal Mukherjee was molested and her car was attacked amidst massive protests against the rape and murder of a trainee doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. On Friday evening, a miscreant on a bike attacked the actress at Southern Avenue in South Kolkata. The actress showed the miscreant’s motorcycle on her social media account, which has a Tamil Nadu number plate. In another video, she showed the condition of her car. In this video, she was seen narrating her ordeal while crying.
Payal Mukherjee’s video is going viral on social media, in which she is complaining about the horrific incident that happened to her. West Bengal BJP shared this video on its social media account and raised questions on the West Bengal government’s arrangements for the safety of women.
