Alia Bhatt is in the news for her upcoming film ‘Jigra’. Meanwhile, in an interview, Alia told how her father Mahesh Bhatt helped her in the beginning of her career. Actually, Alia had a panic attack a day before the shooting of the film ‘Student of the Year’ started. Then Mahesh Bhatt taught her to deal with such situations.
In an interview given to India Today, Alia Bhatt said, ‘I had a panic attack a day before the shooting of the film Student of the Year. I was trembling while crying. Somehow I called my father. He called me to his office. I thought he would hug me. But he made me stand in a room among eight people and started saying, tell me now how are you feeling. What are you feeling?’
Alia said, ‘At first I thought what is this. Why did they do this? But then I started feeling good. The special thing was that Emraan Hashmi was also present there at that time. He said that Alia, you will feel like this before every film and shot.’
Alia further said, ‘My father is not a normal father. He does not protect me during failure, but advises me to face it. He says that one should never get angry after failing. If you do not fail, I will get angry with you, because you learn a lot from failing in life.’
Let us tell you, the film ‘Jigra’ will be released in theatres on 11 October. Vedang Rain will be seen with Alia Bhatt in this film. The story of this film is based on the life of a brother and sister. At the same time, Jigra will clash with Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri’s film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’.
