Amitabh Bachchan shared a funny anecdote related to the film Kabhi Kabhie in the latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 16. The actor told that he wore his own clothes in this film, and even today he has not got those clothes back.

Amitabh told that he was working on two completely different projects simultaneously. The film Deewar which was an intense, action movie and the film Kabhi Kabhi was a romance and music based film. Two days after completing the shooting of Deewar, the actor had to go to Kashmir for the shooting of the film Kabhi Kabhie.
The film Kabhi Kabhi was released in the year 1976.
‘The director thought I would not be able to handle the characters’
Amitabh Bachchan further told that Yash Chopra, the director of the film Kabhi Kabhi, was worried about whether I would be able to handle these two completely different characters together or not?

Amitabh said- ‘All the clothes I wore in this film were my own. I had just asked Yash Chopra, brother, what would be the clothes, till now nothing has arrived, and we have to go to Kashmir within two days. So he said that whatever you wear from home, it is all good. The actor said, whatever clothes you have seen in that film, all of them are our own. And tell me one more thing, those people will feel bad, but till now those clothes have not been returned to me.
Yash Chopra directed both the films
Yash Chopra is the director of both the films Deewaar and Kabhi Kabhi. He cast Amitabh Bachchan in both the films. The actor played the lead role in both the films.
