In the episode he talked about the love marriage in his family. He told how daughters-in-law have come to his house from every corner of the country.
Amitabh became emotional after listening to the contestant
In the episode, contestant Ashutosh Singh said – I have not talked to my parents for five years, because I went against my family and did a love marriage. My family watches KBC every day, so I want to convey my message to my family. Amitabh became emotional after hearing this and said that hopefully after watching today’s episode, your parents will start talking to him again.

While giving his views, Amitabh said, ‘We are residents of Uttar Pradesh, but we have married Jaya from Bengal (Jaya Bachchan is from a Bengali family). Our brother is from a Sindhi family, our daughter (Shweta) is from a Punjabi family and our daughter (Abhishek) is from Mangalore. My father also used to say that we will marry daughters-in-law from every corner of the country.
Season 16 of the show Kaun Banega Crorepati has started in the year 2024 on Sony TV in August. Let us tell you, the first season of this show of Amitabh went on air in the year 2000.
