New Delhi. Amrit Ratna 2024: The special program ‘Amrit Ratna’ Honor 2024 of the country’s number news channel News18 India is happening once again. The purpose of Amrit Ratna is to honor those Indians who have made India proud. Dr. L Subramaniam and his wife Kavita Krishnamurthy were honored with the Amrit Ratna Award. Before the honor L. Subramaniam mesmerized the people with his violin playing. At the same time, Kavita Krishnamurthy also won the hearts of people with her voice.
At News 18 Amrit Ratna Samman, both Kavita Krishnamurthy and L Subramanian revealed about their first meeting and marriage. L Subramaniam said at the event that he was producing a film. He was working on an event called ‘Global Fusion’ by combining the voice of Kavita with Warner Brother. In this sequence, he had to listen to the voices of some Bollywood singers. In this he heard the voice of Kavita Krishnamurthy.
Later, L. Subramaniam invited me to sing in one of his films. He was producing this film. He explained the entire condition and asked her to sing. Kavita sang that song as per his wish for the 15th time. After this, both of them had different feelings towards each other. Subramaniam said, “There were feelings in the song of the poem. It was soul. She was more than a song.”
During this time, L Subramaniam had feelings for Kavita Krishnamurthy, even though Kavita had vowed that she would not marry. Will remain a virgin for life. Kavita told that she felt a different feeling after meeting L Subramaniam. But she did not want to propose herself. She wanted Subramaniam to propose her. This also happened.
Kavita Krishnamurthy said, “When he proposed, I agreed. The proposal and marriage took place within 4-5 months.” L Subramaniam told that after the proposal, the date of marriage had to be taken from Kanji Shankaracharya. He said that if we cannot get married now, it will never happen. Kavita was abroad. Then they were called and the marriage took place. And this year the marriage completed 25 years. Both of them got married in 1999.
