Salman Khan was close to Baba Siddiqui. He used to be a part of Baba Siddiqui’s Iftar party every year.
The accused arrested in the murder case of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui has revealed that Salman Khan was in his hitlist. He was going to kill Salman before Baba Siddiqui, but he changed his plan when the security of the actor became tight.
Recently, India Today quoted police sources as saying that the shooter arrested for the murder of Baba Siddiqui has revealed this in police custody.
Couldn’t reach Salman Khan, so killed Baba Siddiqui first
Dad Siddiqui’s killer has told during police interrogation that Salman Khan was in his hit list. They did recce of Salman’s house, but during this they found that Salman’s security is very tight. Salman used to leave the house only in a bullet proof car and many guards were present around him. In such a situation, it was very difficult to reach them. When the plan to kill Salman could not succeed, the shooters focused on Baba Siddiqui and killed him.
Baba was shot dead on the night of 12 October. He was in his son Zeeshan’s office in Bandra. As soon as he came out, six bullets were fired at him.
