Film director Sanoj Mishra signed for his film The Diary of Manipur.

Maheshwar’s Monalisa, who came into the discussion while selling garlands in Prayagraj Mahakumbh, will soon be seen in the film. Writer-director Sanoj Mishra, who has made the film ‘The Diary of West Bengal’, has signed Monalisa for her upcoming movie ‘The Diary of Manipur’.

On Wednesday, Monalisa, who signed the film in Maheshwar, will play the role of the daughter of the Army Man in the main lead. The movie will feature a love story and daughter’s Struggle amidst the Manipur violence. The shooting of this film with a budget of Rs 20 crore will begin in February. There is a plan to release it in October.

Let us know that Sanoj Mishra has made films like ‘Kashi to Kashmir’, ‘The Diary of West Bengal’, ‘Rock Band Party’, ‘Ram Janmabhoomi’ and ‘Gandhigiri’.

Shooting will be done in North East, Delhi and London The film’s director and writer Sanoj Mishra said- Research of the film has been going on for 6 months. It will be shot in other areas, including Imphal in Manipur, Delhi and London. Shooting of Monalisa’s part will begin in March and or April.

Mishra said- Now our team will teach Monalisa basic things. This will be a challenging work, which we have accepted. I am also preparing myself. Even my family members never thought that I will make films but I am working.
