She is suffering from stage 3 breast cancer. She is troubled by the damage caused to her body by chemotherapy including mucositis, but is still smiling and staying positive.
Hina shared a positive message on Instagram on Friday and expressed her pain. She wrote in the caption with the photo, ‘Everything hurts, but one should not stop smiling. So much pain, can’t even eat properly without feeling pain, but there is no reason to be negative.’ The actress inspired her fans to stay strong and said, ‘I choose to smile and motivate myself. We will overcome difficult times with a smile.’
