This is the best way to get relief from cracked heels. For this, take lukewarm water in a tub and add a little salt and a few drops of lemon juice to it. Now soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. After this, rub the heels lightly with a pumice stone or foot scrubber. By doing this the dead skin of the heels will also be removed.

If you have coconut oil, apply coconut oil, ghee or olive oil on your heels before sleeping at night. Massage it well and then wear socks. By doing this for 15 days the heels will become soft.

The elements found in honey help in making the skin soft. Mix 2-3 spoons of honey in a bucket of lukewarm water. Now soak your feet in it for 15 minutes. Honey moisturizes the skin and retains moisture.

If you have fresh aloe vera gel then use it for cracked heels. For this, apply fresh aloe vera gel on cracked heels every day before sleeping. It gives moisture and nourishment to the skin.
