Production designer Rajat Poddar, who made films ranging from ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, ‘Dream Girl’ to ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’, ‘Fighter’, ‘Freddy’ and many other films visually impressive, has passed away. The writer and director who worked with him expressed grief over his death through a post and also shared a long post. He shared a picture of him on Instagram and wrote, “Yeh kya baat hui bhai… Aise nahi jaana tha… Rajat Dada… From ‘Dreamgirl’ to ‘Vicky Vidya’, all the films have been made better and better by your unmatched production design. Raj Shandilya further wrote, “Every time I heard the script of the film, you told me that the film is a hit, prepare further… Now how will I prepare further without you… I remember when we went to Rishikesh for ‘Vicky Vidya’. When you were there, at the airport you had said, all the best for another blockbuster… but you did not tell that the film will have to be watched without you…”
