Actress Esha Deol recently revealed that she slapped a man when he touched her inappropriately at an event. In an interview, Esha revealed that this incident happened at the premiere of the film ‘Das’ in 2005. During this time, her co-stars Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Zayed Khan and Abhishek Bachchan were also present.

Recalling that incident, Isha said, when I was entering the venue, many bouncers had surrounded me but even then a person from the crowd touched me inappropriately. I don’t know what happened at that time that I reacted immediately, caught hold of that person’s hand, pulled him out of the crowd and slapped him.

Isha further said, I do not get angry easily but if some things become intolerable then I do not keep quiet. In such a situation, women must raise their voice. Men are physically strong but that does not mean that they will take advantage of it. I think women are emotionally strong and we should not tolerate such behavior at all.

Isha made her Bollywood debut in 2002 with the film ‘Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe’. Isha’s last film in Bollywood was ‘Tell Me O Khuda’ in 2011. After marriage in 2012, she took a break from work, however, she has now made a comeback.
