Special Investigation Team (SIT) has found evidence against Malayalam actor Siddiqui in sexual harassment case. Based on these evidences, SIT has admitted that Siddiqui is guilty.
The SIT found in the investigation that before the Hema Committee report came, actress Revathi Sampat had talked about physical abuse. However, Siddiqui allegedly threatened him that no one would believe him as he is not famous in the film industry.

Siddiqui gets bail in this case last year
In November last year, Siddiqui got anticipatory bail from the court in this case. The court had justified the actress who complained in this case. The bench said that you spoke on social media in the 8 -year -old case, but why didn’t the police go?
The court said that in 2018, the complainant had posted on Facebook accusing 14 people of sexual abuse. Nevertheless, she did not reach the Hema Committee formed by the Kerala government with her complaint.
In this case, Siddiqui’s legal team said that on the basis of the post of the actress on which Siddiqui is being accused, the actress did not mention the actor’s name anywhere.

Actress allegations- 8 years ago, calling hotel and raped
Malayali actress Revathi Samput has alleged in the complaint that in 2016, about 8 years ago, actor Siddiqui called her a Muscat Hotel in connection with a film. She came to meet where she was raped.
On the other hand, Siddiqui and his lawyers are constantly saying that the actress is just accusing them to tarnish their image. After the allegations by Revathi, Siddiqui had lodged a complaint with the Director General of Police and said that he was being charged with serious allegations for tarnishing her image.
