These days a video is going viral on the social media platform. In this, filmmaker Sanoj Mishra is seen teaching Monalisa to Kakhgagh…. Monalisa does not know how to write and read. The same Monalisa, which social media took out like ‘Ratan’ during Mahakumbh-Manthan. Due to her deep blue eyes, Monalisa was not able to sell garlands at the fair, but filmmaker Sanoj Mishra chose her to give her a role in her film. Now they are teaching this young woman of the nomadic tribe to read and write. The social media present everywhere made it viral. Well, this is not the subject. The subject is Monalisa’s own community. He is born in a tribe named Pardhi. They are nomadic like Banjars.

Laxman Gaikwad’s ‘Uchka’
One such community has been a very well -known writer and social activist – Laxman Gaikwad. He has written a novel named Uchaliya or Ukalya. This novel written in Marathi has been translated into all Indian languages. This book is under the name Uchkaka in Hindi. This book was handed over in every language. He was also given the Sahitya Academy honor for this book. Laxman has written in the book that he is the first person of his entire community who went to school and studied. Before him, no one had stepped into the school. In this novel like autobiography, he has written that when he was admitted to school, at the same time there was an outbreak of any disease like cholera. On this, the whole society stood up and started saying -“This disaster has come from the son sent to school.”

Instead of studies, he used to learn the tricks of theft theft
Referring to his community, Laxman has written without any wrap that he had to do anything to eat in the community in which he was born. Theft and cheating were his profession that he would do permanently. If some work was found for the rest of the livelihood, then they used to do it too. He has written that the education of children was that they were beaten. This beating used to be useful for him. The police kept on catching and beating, but the same training was given. For this, when the children started getting wet, then any relatives who came would beat the children of the house very much as soon as they came. Or if a relative of a master type would be handed over to the child who would beat him and make him registrar for beating.

The people of the community used to teach different types of tricks to their children in various ways for cheating. It was the job of this community to cheat people by betting.
