Film producer Ekta Kapoor has been accused of insulting Indian soldiers. YouTuber Vikas Pathak aka ‘Hindustani Bhau’ lodged a complaint against Ekta Kapoor, her father Jitendra, mother Shobha and Ekta’s OTT platform ALT Balaji.

Report has to be presented by 9 May

The local court of Mumbai has ordered the police to investigate against Ekta Kapoor in this case. Also asked to submit the report by 9 May.

Indeed, ALT Balaji is accused of insulting Indian soldiers in the web series. According to an FIR by lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, the army jawan has been shown doing illegal sexual activity in an episode of ALT Balaji’s web series.

The complaint states that Vikas Pathak aka ‘Hindustani Bhau’ came to know about it in May 2020. After which he lodged a complaint.

Accused of insulting Indian Army

According to the complaint, the producer has incorrectly introduced the dignity and pride of our country by showing the Indian Army uniform in an illegal sexual act with the national symbol in the series.

Earlier, similar questions have been raised on ALT Balaji. Many times social media and others have criticized the content of ALT Balaji.

Vikas Pathak is known as ‘Hindustani Bhau’.
