answer- According to DGCA, if the ticket payment has been made in cash then the payment will be refunded immediately by the airlines. In case of card payment, the airlines will have to return the payment within 7 days. Even if the ticket is purchased through a travel agent or any third party website, the responsibility of refund will be on the airlines. However, in this case you may have to wait up to 30 days for the refund.
