New Delhi. The man who demanded Rs 5 crore from Bollywood’s Bhaijaan to end Salman Khan’s ‘enmity’ with Lawrence Bishnoi gang has apologized and said that he had made a mistake. Mumbai Traffic Police received a message from the same number which had threatened Bollywood superstar Salman Khan a few days ago. In this message the actor apologized for his mistake and said that it was sent by mistake.
The location of the person who sent this message to Salman Khan is said to be Jharkhand. The police have deployed a team in the area to catch that person. According to the police, the man had described himself as a close associate of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and claimed that he could broker a deal between Khan and the gangster.
What was the message on 18th October?
In fact, on October 18, Mumbai Traffic Police had received a threatening message on WhatsApp, in which Rs 5 crore was demanded from the actor. It had warned that if Salman did not make this payment, his fate would be worse than that of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui. This message came a few days after Baba Siddiqui, after which Salman Khan’s security was further increased.
Salman’s security increased
Bollywood actors have been receiving death threats for the last few months. Salman Khan has been given Y+ security and security has been increased around his house in Bandra and his farmhouse in Panvel following the threat. Along with this, Mumbai Police has installed AI-powered, high-resolution CCTV cameras with facial recognition technology to enhance security.
10 accused arrested in Baba Siddiqui murder case
In fact, after the murder of former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, his security has also been increased. The three-time MLA was shot by three people outside the office of his MLA son in Bandra, Mumbai on Dussehra evening. He was taken to Lilavati Hospital where he was declared dead. Mumbai Police has so far arrested 10 accused in this murder case.
Salman Khan mentioned recent incidents
In his first public comment after the murder of his close friend, the Bollywood superstar said that he has to handle fights among ‘Bigg Boss 18’ contestants at a time when he is going through a certain phase in his life. He had said – ‘Man, I swear to God, what a phase I am going through in my life and I will have to come and handle this (argument between house members)… I feel that I should not have come here today. But you have to do what you have to do. He had said, many allegations have been leveled against me also. I know what my parents are going through.
