Omprakash worked in most hit films with big stars of Bollywood. His film career was full of ups and downs. Om Prakash, who made his debut with ‘Dasi’ in 1950, worked in Amitabh’s superhit film ‘Namak Halal’. This is one of his memorable characters. His role of Dada Dashrath Singh in the 1982 film Namak Halal, directed by Prakash Mehra, became quite popular.
