Jaipur/Mumbai. Bollywood actor Govinda got injured on Tuesday due to accidental firing from his licensed revolver. When he was about to leave for the airport from his home in Mumbai, this incident happened. When Govinda was shot in the leg, his wife Sunita was not at home. Sunita was in Jaipur at that time. Govinda’s manager Saurabh Prajapati told that ‘Sunita had come to visit Khatushyam Baba on 29th September. On September 30, he visited the temple at around 4.30 pm. There was a plan to go to Mumbai on October 1 at 2 pm, but on Tuesday morning at around 5 am, he got information about the accident that happened with Govinda.
Saurabh told, ‘Sunita left for Mumbai from Jaipur at around 9.30 in the morning. She has reached Mumbai. Govinda’s health is fine now, he has also given this information. Saurabh Prajapati looks after the work of both Govinda and Sunita in Rajasthan.
Here, Govinda said in one of his audio messages, ‘With the blessings of my fans, parents and God, I am feeling better now. I was hit by a bullet which has now been removed. I thank everyone for their prayers.
A Mumbai Police official said that the actor’s condition is out of danger. He is recuperating at his home. Govinda’s manager Shashi Sinha said, ‘Govinda had to attend a program in Kolkata. Had to catch a flight at six in the morning. He was about to leave his house at 04:45 in the morning, when he was accidentally shot while keeping the licensed revolver in the cupboard.
