New Delhi. Bigg Boss OTT 3 fame Ranvir Shorey is once again in the news. Ranvir was the second runner-up in the reality show hosted by Anil Kapoor. As soon as he came out of the Bigg Boss house, Ranveer has made many important revelations. The actor also mentioned a four-year-old tweet in which he took a dig at Jaya Bachchan without naming her.
When Jaya Bachchan supported Bollywood amid the nepotism debate in Parliament in 2020 during the lockdown, her statement went viral on social media. While some people praised her, some people were also angry after hearing her statement. Ranveer Shorey also expressed disappointment over Jaya Bachchan’s words. However, now four years later, he has come out of Bigg Boss OTT 3 and clarified the incident.
Jaya Bachchan gave a statement on nepotism
In 2020, Jaya Bachchan reprimanded those who spoke against nepotism in Parliament House and said, ‘You make holes in the plate from which you eat.’ This statement of hers was much discussed. At that time, Ranveer Shorey got angry after hearing this interview of her. Without taking Jaya’s name, he tweeted that the plate that he decorates is not for us, but for his children.

Now after 4 years, clarification given
In an interview given to Siddharth Kannan, Ranveer Shorey said, ‘I did not say this on Jaya ji’s statement, whatever she said at that time was going viral on the internet. At that time I also gave my opinion, but it was not in response to her. I must have been very angry when I wrote this. I write on social media with a lot of motivation. So maybe it is better to step back.
Let us tell you that after Jaya’s statement, Ranveer Shorey had said, ‘They decorate the plates for their children. People like us are thrown pieces of spices. We pack our own tiffin and go to work. Nobody has given us anything. Whatever we have, we have, which these people do not tell us. They do something for their children. (They decorate the plates for their children.)
