New Delhi: Fans have been waiting for the release of the next sequel of Hindi cinema’s comedy film ‘Hera Pheri’. Finally their wait is over! On 30 January 2025, on the occasion of his birthday, famous filmmaker Priyadarshan has informed about working on ‘Hera Ferry 3’.

Akshay Kumar greeted him a happy birthday on his official Instagram, after which Priyadarshan thanked the actor and wrote, ‘Thank you very much for your best wishes, Akshay Kumar. I want to give you a gift. I am ready to do ‘Hera Pheri 3’, are you ready Akshay, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal?

Pleased with Priyadarshan’s announcement, Akshay Kumar wrote in his Instagram story, ‘Sir! Your birthday and I got the best gift of my life. Let’s do a little hera hawker 3. ‘ The film ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’ fame actor shared a picture with the first director, in which he wrote, ‘Happy Birthday Sir! What can be a better way that we spend the day on a ghostly set, where both real and fake ghosts are? Thank you that you are my mentor and the only person who can make chaos-tafri a masterpiece. Your day is full of low retex. Happy a great year to you! ‘

People are waiting for the release of ‘Hera Pheri 3’
After the tremendous success of ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Phir Hera Pheri’, film lovers were eagerly waiting for the third installment of this popular franchise. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan have joined hands for another horror comedy ‘Bhoot Bungalow’. Akshay Kumar recently posted a Behind-The-Sin photo from the set of the next film on social media. In this picture, the pair of actor and director are seen laughing at something.

‘Bhoot Bungalow’ will be released on 2 April 2026
The pair of Akshay and Paresh Rawal in ‘Bhoot Bangla’ will also be seen together again. Apart from Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal, Vamika Gabbi, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav and Govardhan Asrani will also be seen in important roles in this project. ‘Bhoot Bungalow’ will be revealed to the audience on 2 April 2026.
