New internet sensation and popular personality Shalini Pasi has recently entered ‘Bigg Boss 18’ as a contestant. Known for her soft and calm personality in the art field and philanthropy, Shalini’s entry in a high-drama show like ‘Bigg Boss’ is quite interesting.
Before taking entry in ‘Bigg Boss’, Shalini talked to Dainik Bhaskar, where she told that she wants to destroy her ego through this show. Shalini says, ‘I have a little ego inside me. I want it to end. I always consider myself an improving person. I want to improve myself further through this show. Coming to Bigg Boss is not just about entertainment, it is a big opportunity to change and learn yourself.
Why did you decide to be a part of ‘Bigg Boss’?
Did you always want to be a part of this show? He said, ‘Actually, I thought it was not right to form an opinion on anything without experiencing it myself. Bigg Boss is a platform where new challenges are presented every day. I wanted to be a part of this show and experience it myself. The purpose of coming here was to challenge myself and get a new experience.
I rarely watch TV
Shalini admits that she rarely watches TV, but says, ‘To be honest, I watch TV very little, but sometimes I watch some clips on Instagram or news. Like, I remember Shilpa Shetty ji winning Bigg Boss in the United Kingdom, it was quite interesting.
Journey from art and philanthropy to ‘Bigg Boss’
Shalini has worked in the field of art and philanthropy for years, but this was a new step for ‘Bigg Boss’. She says, ‘I never thought that I would be a part of such a medium. But Bigg Boss is a powerful platform. This has given me an opportunity to show myself in a better way. By the grace of God everything has been good so far. I have no regrets in accepting this challenge.
Which Bollywood stars would you like to see?
When Shalini was asked which Bollywood star she would like to see in the show, she replied, ‘I like Karisma Kapoor ji very much. She is an example of class and beauty. Aishwarya Rai ji is also my favourite, her personality and calm nature are very inspiring. I would also like to see Varun Dhawan ji in this show. His entertainment and dancing skills are amazing, and his energy is very positive. Regarding the show’s host Salman Khan, Shalini said, ‘What can I say about Salman Khan, just his presence on the screen makes everyone happy.’
I am very happy with this popularity
Shalini Pasi, who has become a household name with her presence in ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’, is very happy about the love she is getting from the audience. She says, ‘I am very happy. So many people are expressing love to me, it is special for me. Women are messaging me that I have inspired them and their daughters, it feels very good to hear this. People say that they want to do good work like me. It’s all very heart touching. I consider it as a gift.
