New Delhi. Dream Girl Hema Malini’s daughter Esha Deol entered the film industry, but she could not make a name in the films like her mother. Recently Esha Deol told that before entering Bollywood, her mother Hema Malini had given her a special advice. She had told her how to make her way in the male dominated industry.

In an interview to Hotterfly, Esha Deol says that soon after her debut, she started being compared to her mother and it slowly started affecting her. According to Esha Deol, when she asked Hema Malini for advice about this, she said that if she wants everything easy in her life, then she has chosen the wrong industry for it. Along with this, the Dream Girl also gave her daughter tips on how to survive in a male-dominated industry and make her own way.

She says, ‘In those days, only actresses and hairdressers were women. I was lucky that my mother had experience in the industry. She always kept me from getting into trouble and feeling uncomfortable on the set. When she wore short skirts for a shoot, she was given a towel to put on her legs in between shots. Similarly, if she wore a low-neck top, she was given a cloth to cover up in between shots.’

This is how she used to hug male actors
Dharmendra and Hema Malini’s daughter Isha told that she had learned a special way of hugging her co-stars on the sets. She used to hug her male co-stars by keeping her hand forward so that if she felt uncomfortable, she could push her back.
