The film ‘Emergency’ will hit the theaters on September 6, which is based on the life of former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi, who was assassinated by her bodyguards. Kangana Ranaut is playing the role of Indira Gandhi in the film.
Kangana Ranaut has shared a video on Platform X, in which a man is threatening not to release ‘Emergency’. He is seen saying, ‘If you release this film, the Sardar will hit you with chappals. You have already taken the slap. I am proud to be an Indian. If I see you anywhere in my country and Maharashtra, I am saying. Not only Sikhs, Marathis, all my Hindu, Christian and Muslim brothers will welcome you with chappals.’ The actress has tagged Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra and Punjab Police with the video.
