Downdetector has revealed that most of the reports are related to the problem of ‘no signal’. People are also facing problems in mobile internet and Jio Fiber. Users of Jio’s rival companies like Airtel and VI have not made any such complaint.
A large number of users are expressing their displeasure on the social media platform X. Some claimed that they are unable to make calls. Some users are facing problems with SMS. A large number of people have reported that they are unable to use mobile internet.
A user who claimed to be a resident of Mumbai wrote that he is facing problems with both his fiber and Jio SIM and has been facing trouble for more than an hour. A Jio user from Uttarakhand told Gadgets360 Hindi that he is facing network related problems since Monday night. Internet speed is low and he is unable to talk even after the call is connected.
