JioTag Go compact Bluetooth tracker has been launched in India. Its weight is only 9 grams. The new tracker is compatible with Android 9 and above, which uses Google’s Find My Device network for tracking. It supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and works without a SIM card. The device has a CR2032 battery, which is said to have a lifespan of one year. Users can add it to their objects like keys, luggage or gadgets to track them. JioTag Go, unlike JioTag Air, is not compatible with iPhones.

JioTag Go price in India is Rs 1,499. It is available on Amazon, JioMart e-store It can be purchased at Reliance Digital and My Jio stores as well. The tracker has been introduced in Orange, Yellow, White and Black colours.

JioTag Go specifications, features

JioTag Go is Reliance Jio’s latest and India’s first Bluetooth tracker, which is designed to work with Google’s Find My Device app. It can connect with Android smartphones running Android 9 or above. However, unlike its bigger brother JioTag Air, it is not compatible with iPhones. The tracker can be attached to keys, purse, luggage, gadgets, bike etc. to help locate these items if lost.

Within Bluetooth range, users can choose the beeping option in the Find My Device app to easily locate items, after which the tracker will start emitting a beep sound. The Find My Device network can also be used to determine its last location outside Bluetooth range. Once in range, it automatically reconnects for further tracking.

JioTag Go has Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, does not require a SIM card and operates on a CR2032 battery. According to the company’s claim, due to this battery the tracker can last for a year. It measures 38.2 x 38.2 x 7.2 mm and weighs 9 grams.
