Kangana Ranaut’s film Emergency is going to be released on January 17. The actress has told that she had to face a lot of difficulties in making this film based on political issues. Because of this she will never make political films in future.
Kangana told in an interview with News 18 Shosha that she will never make any political film again. I am not very inspired by it. Now I realized in time why many people don’t do this, especially on real life characters. Having said all this, I think Anupam Kher ji did wonders as Manmohan Singh in The Accidental Prime Minister. This is one of his best performances. But if you ask me, I’ll never make it again.
Kangana said- I wanted more money, I am not happy
Kangana said- I never lost my temper on the sets of this film. If you’re a producer, what will you lose your temper over? As a director, one can fight with the producer. But if you are playing both the roles then who can you fight? I wanted to say out loud that I wanted more money and that I was not happy. But where would I go and cry? What would you say to whom?
Kangana said- I was struggling to make this film.
The actress said- We were shooting during Covid. I had an international crew. They are very strict. They require payment by the end of every week. Even when the shooting did not happen, he had to pay because he was associated with my film. Then there was flood in Assam. I also had other issues I was dealing with. I was struggling to make this film. I felt very helpless. I used to be disappointed, but who would I show my disappointment to?

Why was there a ban on the release of emergency, understand the whole matter Kangana and Zee Studio had filed a petition regarding the release of the film. He had objected that the Censor Board had earlier given a certificate to the film, but banned it four days before its release on September 6.
After this, Kangana had alleged that the Censor Board was not issuing certificate to the film, due to which the release of the film was being delayed.
In the petition, Kangana and the filmmakers had accused the Censor Board of arbitrarily withholding the certificate of the film. The Censor Board had given the certificate through e-mail, but refused to give the copy of the certificate just 4 days before the release.

Kangana had said- Censor Board people are getting threats On stopping the release of the film, Kangana had said that the CBFC had cleared the film, but later the certification was put on hold. This has happened because there are too many death threats. Censor board people are also receiving threats.
There is pressure on us not to show the assassination of Indira Gandhi, not to show Bhindranwale, not to show the Punjab riots. I don’t know what to show next. Don’t know what happened that the film was suddenly blacked out. This cannot be trusted. Seeing the situation in the country, I feel very bad.
