Mumbai. Kangana Ranaut has reportedly sold her Mumbai bungalow in Pali Hill amid the promotion of ‘Emergency’. According to a report by Zapki, Kangana recently sold this property for Rs 32 crore. Kangana bought this property in September 2017 for Rs 20.7 crore. She also took a loan of Rs 27 crore from ICICI Bank against the property in December 2022. Kangana was using this bungalow as the office of her production house Manikarnika Films.

Last month, a YouTube page named Code Estate also shared a video revealing that a production house’s office was up for sale. Although the name of the production house and the owner were not mentioned, the pictures and visuals used in the video suggested that it was Kangana’s office. Many social media users also speculated in the comments section that it was Kangana’s office.

The video revealed that Kangana Ranaut’s bungalow and outer area is 285 square meters. It has a bungalow of 3042 square feet while there is an additional parking area of ​​500 square feet. The bungalow has two floors and its price is Rs 40 crore. That is, earlier the price of this bungalow was said to be 40 crores and it was sold for Rs 32 crores. Kangana has suffered a direct loss of Rs 8 crores.

Let us tell you, in the year 2020, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation i.e. BMC demolished some part of this office of Kangana Ranaut citing illegal construction. On September 9, the demolition work in the house was stopped midway on the stay order of the Bombay High Court. Kangana filed a case against BMC and demanded Rs 2 crore as compensation. However, in May 2023, she withdrew her compensation petition.
