New Delhi. Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’ was surrounded by controversies for a long time due to which the release date of the film was also postponed. The film which was earlier scheduled to release on 6 September has been censored by the censor board. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) gave the film a ‘UA’ certificate with 3 cuts and a total of 10 changes.
