Filmmaker Karan Johar recently talked about the film Stree 2. He said that seeing the success of the film at the box office, he got a lot of inspiration and strength. Karan also praised the film’s cast.

During a conversation with Komal Nahata, Karan Johar said, ‘I am very happy when I see the success of the film Stree 2 at the box office. This makes me very inspired, as this film is made without big stars. There is no superstar in it. All the credit goes to the hard work and trust of the producer and director. All artists are fantastic. Rajkummar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and Shraddha Kapoor have all done a very good job.

Karan further said, ‘I always say that this is not just the time of the director or star, but it is the time of the producer. The way a project is made. The platform is prepared and released. All that is very important. Even when you release it at a particular time, its strategies also matter a lot. All these aspects are necessary for the success of the film. This is the time of the studio and the manufacturer.

The film is part of Dinesh Vijan’s horror-comedy Universe, including films like Stree, Wolf, Munjya.

Stree 2 earned 600 crores at the domestic box office. With this, it has become the first Hindi film, which has crossed this figure.
