Mumbai. There is a wave of mourning in Bollywood including the fashion industry due to the sudden demise of India’s famous fashion designer Rohit Bal. People associated with the film and fashion industry have expressed grief over his death. Filmmaker Karan Johar remembered Rohit’s work and wrote an emotional post. She has shared many pictures wearing outfits designed by Rohit Bal. He said that his irreplaceable contribution to the fashion industry will always be remembered. Karan used to call Rohit Pyaar Gudda.
In the pictures shared by Karan Johar, he is wearing an ivory colored outfit. Trees, plants and animals have been beautifully carved on this dress. Karan wrote in the caption, “I have seen Gudda’s collection and show. Was surprised every time. He is a brilliant artist, craftsman, fashion legend.. “

Karan Johar further wrote, “I am saying this with a heavy heart, I am saying that because his art and irreplaceable contribution to the fashion industry will remain immortal forever… I told myself that I will wear his latest design on Diwali. I want to wear the collection… and I asked for some of their amazing collections…”
Karan Johar further wrote, “Unknowingly last night I wore them and clicked some pictures and sat in my car and then got to know the heartbreaking news of his demise.” Let us tell you that Rohit Bal, a connoisseur of luxury fashion, was known as ‘Gudda’ in the industry. He died on 1 November at the age of 63. The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) had announced the death of this legendary designer late on the night of 1 November.
