Kia Motors India is going to launch its new electric SUV tomorrow (September 3). The company has already introduced the 7 seater car in the global market, now it will be introduced in India. The company claims that the car will give a range of more than 541km on a single full charge.

The car will be equipped with high-level features like Highway Driving Pilot (HDP) system. Apart from this, for safety, the car will have features like 9 airbags and 360-degree camera and level-2 ADAS. The price of the electric SUV could be around Rs 80 lakh (ex-showroom).

21 inch alloy wheels will be given After launch, this car will be the first three-row electric SUV in India. If media reports are to be believed, the South Korean company can introduce the GT-Line top variant of EV9 in India with all-wheel-drive (AWD) option. Apart from this, you will be able to buy the car with almost every option. It will get different bumpers, 21-inch wheels and GT-Line badging at the rear.

360 degree camera and ventilated seats will be available Talking about the features, all the seats in the car will be electrically adjustable, ventilated seats with lounge function and multi-zone climate control will be provided for the second row. Apart from this, the latest car will have the facilities of 360-degree camera, level-2 ADAS, auto parking, connected car technology, power boot opening and all-LED lighting.

Electric SUV will give a range of about 450 kilometers The EV9 is offered in the global market with a dual-motor and 99.9kWh battery pack, which offers a range of 445 kilometers. Whereas in other variants the car can give a range of up to 541 kilometers.

The electric car takes 5.3 seconds to accelerate from 0-100 km/h and its top speed is 200 km/h. The car’s battery can be charged from 10-80% in 24 minutes with a 350kWh charger.
