Legendary singer Kumar Sanu last gave his voice to the song Aankh Maare from the 2018 film Simba. Since then, no song of the singer has been released. Now, in a recent interview, the singer has told that he is not getting any work in the industry.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, the singer was asked why his songs are not released anymore. In response to this, Kumar Sanu said, my journey has been very good so far. Everyone respects me in the industry. But the biggest thing is that people respect me, love me, listen to my songs, but I don’t know why the Hindi film industry is not using my voice in songs.
He further said, this question is in the mind. When I am in front of them, they show me a lot of love, but I don’t know if it is real or not. Whatever it is, they give a lot of respect. If we can sing, then why don’t they make us sing. Why doesn’t it come to their mind. I am doing shows. I have a fan following. Wherever I go, I see that the entire show is sold out. There is public demand. This year also I am bringing my shows in October, November. If the industry people understand then it is a good thing, otherwise it is their misfortune.
