The singer has sung songs in more than 45 languages including Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Telugu. He is the junior of Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar. She was quite popular during the era of Sonu Nigam, Anu Malik and Nadeem-Shravan. He was troubled by a disease for 35 years, but never stopped singing because of this.
