Maruti Suzuki India has announced a price increase. This increase varies on all models of the company’s lineup. The new prices will be applicable from 1 February 2025. Maruti has said that the prices will be increased from Rs 1,500 to Rs 32,500. Earlier in January also, the company had increased prices by up to 4% on all the models in its line-up. Maruti has taken this decision due to increasing input and operational costs. The company says that it has no option left but to pass on some of the burden to its customers. Model-wise price hike: Celerio’s prices have increased the most. Celerio’s prices have increased the most. It has been increased by Rs 32,500, while the prices of Ciaz, Jimny have increased by up to Rs 1,500. Maruti sold 1,78,248 cars in December 2024 Maruti Suzuki sold 1,78,248 units in December 2024, which is 30% more than last year. This includes 1,32,523 units sold domestically, 37,419 units exported and 8,306 units sold to other OEMs.
