Mumbai. After 3 successful seasons of the web series ‘Mirzapur’, the makers have made a big announcement. The makers have decided to show ‘Mirzapur’ on the big screen. That means ‘Mirzapur’ will now be made into a film. The makers have shared an announcement video. This video shows that Abhishek Banerjee’s compounder and Divyedu’s Munna Bhaiya character will be seen again in ‘Mirzapur: The Film’. The battle to rule Mirzapur will be presented in a completely different style with the same attitude.
‘Mirzapur: The Film’ is being produced by Excel Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios. In the video shared by the makers, Pankaj Tripathi’s character Kaalin Bhaiya is sitting on a chair and watching a video of Guddu Pandita on the screen, in which he is talking about ruling Mirzapur. At the same time, Munna Bhaiya is standing with his close friend Compounder in the balcony of the theatre.
Munna Bhaiya says, “We are the heroes of Hindi films and Hindi films are seen only in theatres. You said that we are immortal. And now he will rule from here on the throne of Mirzapur. The edge is not sharp but the compound.” Then Abhishek Banerjee’s character says, “From the first show to the last show.” In the end, Pankaj Tripathi says, “Now the space will be bigger and so will the curtain.”
