- First of all visit CEIR website https://www.ceir.gov.in/Home/index.jsp Login to .
- As soon as the website opens, three options Block/Lost Mobile, Check Request Status and Un-Block Found Mobile will appear.
- To block the stolen mobile, click on Block/Lost Mobile option.
- After this enter all the details related to your mobile.
- In the details, information like mobile number, IMEI number, device company name, phone purchase invoice, date of phone loss etc. will have to be entered.
- Apart from this, state, district, area where the phone was stolen, and complaint number will have to be entered in the details.
- A copy of the police complaint will have to be uploaded in the option given on the portal.
- After this, click on Add more complaint. In which information like name, address, Aadhaar card along with PAN card, driving license of the mobile owner will have to be entered.
- After this, you will have to enter a working mobile number. An OTP will be sent to this number.
- After this the verification process will be completed.
