Neeraj Chopra is known not only for his skills but also for his fitness. He has worked a lot on his fitness. He used to be overweight in his childhood before playing javelin. He worked hard to stay fit and today he is one of the fittest athletes.
Let us tell you that it is important for a javelin athlete to have ideal body fat. Its standard range is 10-10.5%. Neeraj Chopra also tries to maintain 10% fat in his body, for which he follows a disciplined diet every day. He tries to keep his diet very simple. He takes a breakfast full of nutrition, which is very important for his training. But this does not mean that he does not take a cheat diet sometimes.
Neeraj Chopra loves churma, sweets and golgappas
Neeraj Chopra also deviates from his diet plan and sometimes eats churma, sweets and golgappas. But then he also does heavy workouts to burn this fat.
In an interview, Neeraj Chopra told that he likes churma very much and he takes 4000-5000 calories. But to burn it, he also works out for 7-8 hours. You will be surprised to know that 100g churma contains 332 kilo calories.
You and I are not athletes, but if we want to maintain our normal body weight and do not want to become fat, then do you know how much workout we will have to do after eating 100 grams of churma.

Keep a record of your daily calories, it will help you in controlling your weight
Record your calories online or on paper for a week. Keeping a record of everything you eat and drink will help you control your weight.

- First of all, be honest about what you eat. For example, if you know that you are overweight, then avoid food that has the highest calories.
- Also keep in mind how much diet you are taking and how many nutrients are included in it.
- Don’t just write down calories. Pay attention to your macronutrients too. Writing down the amount of fat, carbohydrates and protein for each meal will give you a better idea of a balanced diet.
